What You Tell Yourself Is What You Become!

What we tell ourselves is the most important thing. It's the voice inside our heads that tells us who we are and what we're capable of. We all have it, and sometimes it's a helpful friend, giving us encouragement when we need it most. But other times, our inner critic can be downright brutal, putting us down at every turn. Do you ever feel like that?

There are a lot of things that we tell ourselves. We tell ourselves what is most important, and how to behave. Sometimes when we don’t behave the way we believe we should, or the way we tell ourselves we should, we can feel bad.

it's helpful to take a step back and look at the things we say to ourselves, especially if they're not so positive. It’s also important to ask good questions such as, “Are they really true? Or are they just holding us back from living our best lives?” In this post, we'll explore some of the things we tell ourselves that might be holding us back, and how to change them for the better.

Sometimes, we tell ourselves that we are the most important thing. We tell ourselves that if we can just get our lives in order, then everything will be good. But is that really true? Is our happiness dependent on our circumstances, or is there something else going on here? What happens when we start to look for our happiness within ourselves instead of outside of ourselves?

How do we learn to deal with that mean voice in our head? Turns out, it's not as hard as you might think! Just by being mindful of the thoughts you allow into your mind, you can help start to take control of your internal dialogue and silence the negative self-talk. And once you've mastered that skill, you'll find that anything is possible! So don't wait any longer – start listening to your innermost thoughts today and see where they take you.

Dr. Wayne Dyer once said: “When you change the way you look at things, the things you look at change.”

What did he mean by this?

What we focus on expands or becomes a more prevalent part of our experience of life.

From inside ourselves, we can make a conscious choice to focus on those things that bring us peace and joy. We can choose to change our thought from something like, “I can’t stand when this or that happens,” to “What am I learning from this?”

Self-hypnosis is a powerful way to learn the skill of shifting the way we look at things. Hypnosis helps us to see ourselves and our lives in a new way, which can create powerful transformation. With hypnosis, you can tap into your inner power and potential to create positive change in your life. Change your mind, change your life!

Have you ever had one of those moments when everything just clicks? When suddenly, the world looks differently than it did before? That's what happened to me when I learned about hypnosis. I was skeptical at first, but once I saw how it could change my life, I was hooked and I wanted to shout it out to the world. If you're curious about hypnosis and want to know how it can help you, let’s book a call. You might be surprised at what you find!

With Love, Colleen
